The Baltimore Sun reports that Baltimore City Paper staff writer Jeffrey Anderson has been laid off. The layoff leaves City Paper with an editorial staff of 11. "When you have a staff as small as ours, it's still significant," editor Lee Gardner says. [Posted February 4, 2009]
