The Colorado Springs Independent is expanding. We are now in need of finding the right (or is that the left?) people to help us grow.

Instead of turning to an expensive headhunter, we are turning to the people who know us best, our readers. To help get your thinking caps turned on, we are offering $1500 in rewards:

• $1,000 reward — or $1,500 to a local nonprofit of your choice — if we hire our Ad Director from a person you’re the first to formally nominate.
• $250 reward — or $500 to a local nonprofit of your choice — if we hire a Sales Executive from a person you’re the first to formally nominate.
• $250 reward — or $500 to a local nonprofit of your choice — if we hire a News Reporter from a person youre the first to formally nominate.
