The Coast (Halifax) has been nominated for two Atlantic Journalism Awards.

Sam Littlefair-Wallace is a finalist in the Feature Writing category for “Cousin and Wife,” which tells the story of two first cousins engaged to be married.

Tim Bousquet is nominated in the Enterprise Reporting category for “A Trust Betrayed,” which exposed former Halifax mayor Peter Kelly’s role in executing the estate of a wealthy local woman.

Winners will be announced May 11.
