[11/15/24] Yellow Scene (Erie, Col.) Seeks Publisher’s Assistant
The Publisher’s Assistant will dive into everything the publisher does. From learning sales (yes, you’ll be calling prospects) to helping promote events, getting into the nitty-gritty of grant writing, fundraising, and tackling all the unglamorous admin tasks that keep us going. You’ll be wearing a lot of hats, and if you’re not willing to learn something new on the fly, this isn’t the right job for you. This role is a catch-all, so we need someone versatile. Ideally, you’re already on the media Kool-Aid and fired up about it, or better yet, you’ve been in the trenches of media long enough to be good and salty. Thick skin is non-negotiable. First 3 months starts part-time and moves into full-time after training. Location: Erie, Colorado.
