The deadline to submit entries to the 2011 AltWeekly Awards is Tuesday, March 1 at 11pm EST. All entries must be submitted via the contest website.

Design and Cartoon entries require hard copies, which must arrive by Friday, March 4. Entrants in those categories are still required to create an online entry, print it out, and attach it to the hard copies.
CONTEST SITE TIPS
The contest website has been revamped from 2010, so all users must create a new username and password.
The contest website identifies each entry as “incomplete” until it has been paid for. After submitting payment, click on the word incomplete, and you will be able to formally “submit” the entry. After that, the entry status will change to “complete.”
To Pay By Check: Although entrants may pay for their entries by credit card or check, the contest website isn’t equipped with a pay by check option. Entrants that would like to pay by check should email us at contests[at]aan.org.
