Baltimore City Paper has named Times-Shamrock general sales manager Jennifer Marsh as its new publisher.
Marsh takes over for longtime publisher Don Farley, who is moving on to assume the regional general manager position within Times-Shamrock’s daily division.

Jennifer started her career at City Paper as an editorial intern in 1988. She then began moved into several different positions from there including classified and retail sales rep, Classified Manager, Advertising Director and General Sales Manager of the Times Shamrock Alternative Weekly Division.
Jennifer has been a part of this paper for twenty-two of its thirty-five years in publishing – there is no one better to take over as Publisher and lead the paper into the future. Jennifer is a long-time resident of Baltimore city and will assume the role of Publisher effective immediately.
Times-Shamrock is the parent company of Baltimore City Paper, Detroit’s Metro Times, Orlando Weekly, San Antonio Current, and Cleveland’s Scene.
