Biography
Little Village is an independent, community-supported news and culture publication from Iowa City, Iowa. The paper was founded in 2001 by members of Icon, the alt-weekly that served Iowa City from 1993-2001.
Though no original staff remain, Icon’s love for Iowa City, spirit of agitation, advocacy for the small and local, and efforts to advance the culture of the Cedar Rapids, Coralville and Iowa City area live on here.
