City Pages (Twin Cities) has wrapped up its fourth annual ‘Comics Issue’ and editor Kevin Hoffman is calling it “the best ever.” This year’s edition features comic strips from thirty-five local artists, some of which will be featured at the Minneapolis Indie Xpo to be held on August 21.
