The Columbia Free Times reports that in 2004 local pub patrons of the Flying Saucer foretold the presidential election by purchasing more political pint glasses emblazoned with the face of George W. Bush than of John Kerry at the local Flying Saucer restaurant/bar. This year, Obama is up by about 600 glasses for all 13 locations.
