On Tuesday, November 4th, City Paper will host a reader-submitted photostream on their website to capture all the local Election Day action and exhibit those photos on their homepage and at citypaper.net/electionphotos. Readers are encouraged to snap photos at the polls and submit them via the City Paper photostream at www.flickr.com/groups/cp_election.

“Trouble at the polls? Take a pic. Long lines at your polling place? Take a pic. Thugs trying to intimidate voters? Take a pic,” encourages editor-in-chief Brian Howard. “Get snapping. Then get submitting. You’re all poll watchers tomorrow.”

City Paper will also be holding an election night event on Tuesday, November 4th from 5:30 to 8:30 PM at The Plough and the Stars, located at 123 Chestnut Street. This happy hour event will provide readers with a place to unwind and watch the election returns after a long day at work (and the polls). Complete event details and contest information is located at citypaper.net/wherewereyou.
