MediaX Partners Launches Converged Media Platform For The Alternative Industry

The Phoenix Media/Communications Group in partnership with the Alternative Weekly Network today announced the launch of a national advertising and marketing solutions company, which combines the experience of AWN with the power of a proprietary, converged media platform.

The focus of this new venture, called MediaX Partners, is the creation and management of integrated media programs that use the power of a fully-integrated print, online, radio, mobile and promotions platform. This platform provides national and regional brands the ability to engage with the active audiences captured by AWN across the country in ways never before available.

Under the direction of the Phoenix Media/Communications Group, pioneers in proven, converged media programs, MediaX Partners will leverage the power of the combined media properties of the Alternative Weekly Network — comprised of more than 110 weekly publications and websites in diverse markets across the country, along with independent alternative radio stations in key markets, a national promotion company and custom mobile marketing and content applications to provide powerful, turnkey “360 degree” promotion and advertising programs for brands.
